Chelo is the type of person who is quite friendly to those she likes but can make life heck for those she does not. Luckily she’s not the type that makes enemies easily. She’s rather outgoing, and a likes to joke, though it can be at other’s expense. Being a teenage girl, she can be rather flirty and childish at times, but she usually has hold over her emotions. She can have a sort of over-confident, and cocky attitude at times as well. She’s very conscious of her hair, and would never let anything happen to it.
Appearance:
She’s average height, at around 5’4” and rather slim. She has a pretty face and her hair is light blonde, varying slightly in color overall, and has icy blue eyes. Her hair is mostly wavy but starts to curl near the ends. She tends to wear light colored clothing so she doesn’t look as pale. She never wears her hair up, but sometimes tucks it behind her ears.

History:
Chelo was born near Ista weyr. Her father was a watchrider at the hold and her mother was the daughter of a holder there. Chelo was born in the hold and grew up like most other children of the hold except for the fact that she could say that her father was a dragon rider, adding to her cocky attitude. Other than her father, she has a lived a pretty normal life. Some of her best memories where those involing Bourth and her father. Her mother tried to have more children but every other one was either still-born or a miscarriage, these were the worst times for her, having to watch her mother cry over her dead siblings, long after she herself had stopped.
Chelo was brought to Dalibor by her father, as a chance to Impress and see more of Pern then, "That little island we call home."
