So, I finally got around to making a current, official plotting thread for myself rather than just posting a new one whenever I need threads.
Wingrider K'rin of Green Kaheksath
K'rin is, in one word, unsure. He tries to be big and threatening, someone people are scared of and is sooooo much better than everyone else. So he bullies people, pushes them around, and all around tries to cause trouble. But on the inside he regrets what he does and really just wants to figure out where he belongs.
Kaheksath is a realist martyr. She understands what life is like but also tries her best to stop it. Along with this she is trying her best to change her rider and will happily recruit others for her cause.
Wingrider Tiana of Pink Sitath
Tiana is a warrior. Strength is one of the most important things to her, strength and proving just how strong she is to others. Unfortunately she is not exceptionally intelligent. Actually she doesn't even quite reach average intelligence. Her answer to a problem is 'punch it until it goes away'. So politics: not really her thing.
Sitath is a mother. She will try her best to nurture everyone and everything around her, whether they ask for it or not. Along with this she is VERY responsible, picking up where Tiana slacks.
Weyrling Yenna of Orange Tuonetath
Yenna is a girl who's faith in humanity had gone through a woodchipper. After being bullied for most of her childhood she is cold and perpetually angry. Angry at absolutely everything and more than happy to take it out on those that push her a bit too far. But that is not all there is to her. Somewhere, buried beneath all that rage, lies a glimmer of her old self. Sweet, caring, and quite awkward.
Tuonetath is the anti-orange in some ways. She is not vain, selfish, nor does she care about material possessions or appearances. She is calmness and acceptance personified. What happened happened, what is is, the best thing to do would be to just accept it and move on. In many ways she balances out her rider, who spends far too much time stuck in the past. She likes to observe rather than hog the spotlight. However, she can be very possessive, of both her rider and any male that catches her, who becomes hers.
Weyrling Astrielle of Black Ilmarineth
Astrielle is a dreamer of a Weyrling who almost always seems to have her head in the clouds. At times it can seem like she's lost in her mind, thinking up one new idea or another. It can be quite hard to get her out of her shell and make her actually talk. One thing that is very important to her is art. When she's not thinking or taking care of her dragon chances are she's out drawing one thing or another.
Inventing is to Ilmarineth as art is to Astrielle. He just has so many ideas, ideas that absolutely need to come to life! But unlike his rider he is not lost in his mind or quiet about them. Instead he is actually quite vocal about them, often enlisting others to help in their creation.
Dual Candidate Garna
Garna is a power-hungry leader wannabe that is absolutely in love with whers. Really she does not want anything to do with dragons, her brother is the only reason she is a 'dual' candidate. After all, she adores violence. Fighting, yelling, all that stuff. And dragons are pacifists. Why would she want that? She is very manipulative, lying and twisting the situation to get what she wants. As far as emotions, real emotions, go she is a loose canon and likely to cause trouble.
Dual Candidate Ragnar
Ragnar is Garna's little toadie. He follows her without question most of the time, out of both fear and admiration. He tries to mimic her every opinion and it can be hard to find him not at her side. But if you find him without his sister he is actually rather nice, if not cowardly. He is energetic, enjoys learning, and loves games. History especially is a big passion of his. It's so fascination! Plus it can warn you about what not to do in the future.
Priderunner Naitia of Black Naisk
When she first came to the Weyr Naitia was very vocal about a few things. She did not like the nontraditional colors and she was not a fan of whers. Of course with the impression of Naisk, who she has grown to love with all her love, that has been destroyed. What remains is that she is not very skilled as far as social skills go. Not to mention that she is smart, very smart, and wants to learn even more. Ambition is a large part of her, she wants to be great. When she gets an opinion she will try her very best to force it upon others.
Naisk is very small, quite possibly the smallest wher from his clutch. But he doesn't care, insisting that he is just the right size. thanks to being nearly blind he has very sensitive hearing and is very nervous. But of course he can still spot odd things by using Naitia's vision, but her poor night vision causes a lot of trouble for him. He is quite intelligent for a wher and eager to get smarter by any means possible.
