{desc=;) wink wink}Ohmmmm.
It was a careful statement, as the green usually did not make noise unless it was important. And this occasion certainly was. She backed up on her little legs, making sure her work was sturdy. Tapping a rock with an antenna, Jade paused in thought before nudging it with her segmented mouth. Now it was in a perfect place.
Other pillies would have their suitors fight each other, causing needless conflict and trouble. However, with this challenge, the one most in balance with the world would earn Jade's approval, and even those who didn't? Well, they would be given advice before they were sent on their way.
The challenge was the result of a good amount of work. The one who could climb highest on the tall (at least to a pillie) pile of rocks would win - but that was only one of the factors - the winner would be that who climbed the highest without making a mess out of the pile and who least fought the other suitors. Hopefully the pillies would understand the rules as Jade tried to explain to them.
Ooohmmm.
Was anyone up to the challenge? This question echoed in the tone of Jade's call to her first Run.

Cherr cherriiii! Dapper said as he heard the green's call. Ever since he had gotten much too big to play in T'von's hair......or anyone's hair for that matter, he had to find other ways to entertain himself during the day. At night his humanpet's hair was accessible and he would spend most nights simply rubbing his feelers through T'von's hair until the purplerider made him quit.
However, the green managed to catch his attention. That, and her very impressive mound of rocks. Scuttling over, he eamined the pile of rocks, stroking the moustache-shaped mark on his carapice with a feeler. It certainly looked durable. And rather well made! She wanted him to climb it, though, and the rules were a bit odd. All he had to do was not knock down many of the rocks when he climbed it. And there were no other suitors so far, so he knew he didn't have to wory about that right now.
Plus, it would be a ravishing good time trying! Cheriooooooooooooooooooooo!!!! He called in acceptance of the challenge, and began climbing the mound. He did take his time with it, though, as a gentlepillie does not rush for his ladypillie. As he climbed, he looked around, to see if there were going to be other suitors, competitors in this game that would help make it simply marvelous to play!

The vibrant light-green pillie's patience had paid off, and her first suitor appeared with a friendly, enthusiastic 'Cherr cherriiii!' Perhaps he was not an expert on meditation as the lady he was Running for was; but his happy, harmless attitude gave Jade high hopes for her first Run. She knew of the frequent chaos and violence of Ambers' and Grays' runs, even in Pinks' and her fellow Greens'...
Jade waited for a little while, and when no other suitors had appeared, she began explaining the rules to Dapper, who quickly understood and began the challenge.
Ohm? Ohm. The green pillie said, mostly to herself, a pillie's version of a rhetorical question. She was quite impressed by the brown gentlepillie, who did not rush as he climbed up the pile of rocks.
When the brown Dapper had done his best and gotten to the top of the mound (or as close as he could), Jade waited a moment, mulling over how Dapper had approached the challenge and the Run in general. Before a single Ohhmm marked the Run as decided. Dapper was her only suitor this time, but Jade believed even if more had joined Dapper had a possibility of still being chosen.
Ohm. Jade called to Dapper. He had won the Run, and she would talk to him, fill his mind with the wonders of the world.
