• Loud
Dok'tar has always been loud. He doesn't walk around yelling, but he has a habit of quite suddenly coming to a conclusion and then he might shout or cheer and do something silly.
• Thoughtful
Dok'tar is always thinking. If you interrupt his thinking he will at first step away from you. If you keep talking to him he with scrunch up his face, and finally he will try and shut you up by covering your whole face with his hand.
• Odd
This is one odd Bluerider. One of his many quirks happens to involve food. He never eats a normal meal. Rather he picks two items that go terribly together (in other people's mind's) and will eat that like it's a delicacy. He also hates apples. Those are rubbish!
• Excitable
Oh boy, Dok'tar is super excitable. If you get excited, he gets excited. If you get excited about something that actually is boring, he'll be excited for a moment before he thinks about it. Then he might get confused.
• Scatterbrain
Dok'tar is exactly forgetful, more so he misplaces things or gets distracted. Often times you might collide with him as he does a mad dash down the hall to grab something he forgot in his room before it slips his mind.
• Reckless
Think before you act? Never! Consequence is a foreign word to this guy. He's all about thinking over things later...
• Quirky
He is quirky or queer or whatever you want to call him. He's just quirky.
• Crazy
Dok'tar might easily be thought as insane, being how he is. Do'ktar is not insane, but he

No body gets hurt on his watch!
• Brave
Nothing scares him!
• Childish
He can be whiny, immature and curious like any weyrbrat.
