{desc=Tag Cath/Valentine}It was a very nice day out today. That wasn't to say that it wasn't normally a nice day out, summer was, as a matter of fact, known for it's nice days. But it just so happened that this summer day was particularly nice. So nice that he had actually been convinced to go outside. There had been a time when the black weyrling was outside as much as possible, but that was before impression. Now that he had Mulonimath going outside always brought with it the fear that something would happen to his dragon. However, today the black had convinced his rider to take him out for his oiling. To the lake, to be exact. He had been there very few times and wanted to see some more of it.
It was much to R'nar's surprise that he found that he didn't regret the decision. Mulonimath stretched out in the shallows, his thin wings spread out across the surface of the water and a contented rumble leaving him. His rider's attempts at oiling had been abandoned soon enough, anything he got on the black was washed off by the water almost immediately. Besides, he could oil him when he got out, right? So he sat in the water beside his dragon, not caring that his clothes were getting soaking wet, and smiled at the feeling of contentment leaving the black.
"Okay," he finally said, "I guess you were right this time." The black adjusted himself to look at his rider, his eyes whirling green and blue as he said, of course! It is warm, and water on a warm day can only bring good things. With that he shuffled around to stand behind his rider just so he could sit down and rest his head on his shoulder. Most of his siblings were too large to do that by now, but not him! Nope, his smallness was a blessing in this case. I think I would like to come out here every day, he announced.
