{desc=In which Matilda is Searched}Talin adjusted the pack on her shoulder. She could hear a growling grumbling coming from the cave behind her. It was still full daylight and Task was not only displeased that he was being asked to be awake, he was intent that anyone within earshot know about it. She shot the darkness a fond smile before turning her face back up towards the sky. "Stop your grumbling. You're going to see Gennesk again. And you chose this so you can stop complaining." The growling grew louder in reply and she laughed.
She shrieked like a little girl as suddenly two dots, one blue and one pink, appeared in the sky. Her little G'lin was still a Weyrling and even if he wasn't, she was unsure if little Anablimyth was big enough to carry the large, grumpy Task. She was a little apprehensive. She knew that G'lin has come to Southern Boll before during his betweening training, but since his classes were always during the daylight hours, she hadn't met the original tiny blue yet.
G'lin tore off his helmet and unfastened his straps as quickly as he could, tumbling off of Anablimyth's back. "Mama!" he shouted, not caring that he sounded like he was Kida's age instead of an adult rider. "Ma, I've missed you so much!"
Talin threw her arms around her son, hugging him close. "You're so tall!" she exclaimed, pushing him away to get a good look at him, tears in her eyes. "Oh you've grown so much! And you're all mature and look at you all sharp in your riding leathers... They're really beautiful!" She glanced curiously at the tiniest blue dragon she'd ever seen, who was glancing around the Hold's grounds with the best bored, aloof expression she had ever seen on a draconic face. "And this must be Anablimyth!"
A scarred, steel-blue nose poked out of the lair in curiousity and then quickly retracted with a hiss as sunlight hit it. "Yeah, yeah, sorry, I keep forgetting you've never really met him... Um, Ma, this is Ana. Ana, this is my ma." He turned to the pink and her rider who had accompanied him to actually transport Task and his mother to Dalibor. "And this is pinkrider Lyr and Zabelith who've very graciously accepted to ado your transport."
Talin beamed at the pinkrider. "My thanks. I apologise in advance for Task's manners. He is ill-tempered, but he will not cause trouble." She approached Ana next, beaming up at him, then wiping away a tear. "And you are quite the beauty. Is that scarf made from the fabric I sent you?"
Ana's eyes whirled a pleased blue and he preened in front of her. Yes, my thanks for it. I have been told that this is the best plae for fabric. I will go inspect the options, while you and my G'lin get reaquainted. WIth that, he trotted off towards the part of the Hold that housed the Hall, where he could already see a few apprentices working.
"Task, come out and say hello to miss Zabelith who is being very nice about transporting us," Talin ordered, pressing her will against her wher's. A loud growl came from the entrance of the cave and an ugly, scar-covered head appeared, eyes covered in heavily shaded goggles. He snarled up at the sky, his teeth all exposed as he cursed the sunlight.
