Tylar frowned, cautiously ambling into the room, on the lookout for the slightest sign of a booby trap, peering cautiously under his bed.
Akal gave a startled chitter sweeping onto His' shoulder, before launching himself away just as quickly, noticing the Bronze that rested on Tylar's other shoulder.
Before long, the two were tusseling again, though by now, Tylar was quite used to that...

You reach under your own bed and... oh, good, it's not glue. You pull out of piece of paper that reads:
Get the clue
Find the knife
Eat some pie
Do not die
Catch on fast
Be not last!

The silly people have been taking way too long to figure this out! After a few days of failed guessing, another, slightly modified copy of the clue has been posted on the outside of the Candidate barracks, where no one could miss it:
Get the clue,
Find the knife,
Eat some pie Ere bocian
Do not die Devotion,
Catch on fast,
Be not last!
Are... are they making up words? They must be, because next to the strange word 'bocian' someone has added an arrow and a badly drawn picture of something... is that a bird? And... water? Well, have fun trying to figure that out, but hopefully it'll help!
