Meta is, in short, a boyish girl. She likes to joke around and be crude especially and get dirty. She especially likes to be crude. She'll belch and make sexual jokes with no shame. Growing up outside of the Hold life, manners were never important, so she was never taught to be a proper lady. She shuns away from serious chatter if she can in favor of something non-serious and light-hearted. And when choosing a group of males to talk with and a group of females, she would almost always choose the males. Though she might come off flirtatious to some, she means no harm in it. It's much like she's a boy. She loves to play jokes and tricks when she can, but they are never in hate or spite. It's rare to see her sad or upset as she doesn't let much get to her. She's not particularly hyper-active, but neither is she calm. It's a rare mix, usually depending on the situation. She's a very hard worker, often trying to have fun in the act of working.
Appearance:
To go with her rough, boy-like personality, Meta has a boyish look. She is fairly tall, much like her brothers, standing at 5' 7". Her body is thin, showing very little of the muscle she has accumulated over time from working on the farm. She's not gifted in the area of curves. In fact, she¡¦s almost as flat as a washboard. It never really bothered her though as attracting the opposite sex, or anyone really, has never been a priority. Her skin is tanned and slightly rough from outside work. Her hair, a strawberry blonde color had been cut herself so it fell lightly above her ears in a boy-ish cut. This act of shortening her hair was probably the best as, if she had kept her hair long, it would surely be tangled and not well-taken care of at all. Meta just didn't feel like dealing with that. Her face is probably the most feminine part about her. She has gentle, playful green eyes that are framed by thick, long eyelashes that would be the envy of most of her gender. She never felt one way or the other about them. She wasn't trying to be a boy, so it didn't matter if she looked somewhat feminine. It definitely threw others off, expecting her to be a boy until she turned around. As far as clothes go, she always wore her brothers' hand-me-downs. She owned one dress, but shunned it as much as possible, much preferring male clothing to the female.

Meta was raised in a small farm in the country, not too far from Fort Hold. Even though the trip would have only took a day or two, she never visited. She grew up with her four brothers and father as her mother died during the birth of Sirem. Being hardly a year old at the time, she had no special feelings on this matter. All she knew was that her, her brothers and her father all got along well and worked hard. Of course, though, all the masculinity around had an effect on her growing up. She was always boyish and liked to play roughly and joke around with her brothers and the other boys nearby. She refused to play with girls and rarely even thought of herself as a girl. As she matured, she began to realize this fact more and more. Once puberty hit and she grew, she felt, for the first time, the longing for a maternal influence or someone to tell all her secrets to. Her brothers were no good for that. So when she was searched, she readily jumped on the chance. A dragon, she felt, would be a perfect companion. One that would understand her.

Topeth is true to her color. Or what her new color seems to be, eager. She loves to help out in whatever way possible, though isn't great with decision making. She is fickle, but it is all in good heart. Despite being fickle, she loves her Mine very much. Along with her eagerness and helpfulness, she is easily excitable. Once excited, she tends to stay excited for a long time.
Dragon Appearance:
Topeth is closer to the size of a large green rather than a blue like others of her coloring. However, she has more of a blue build, being a bit stockier. Still, despite this, she can move easily. Being young, her hide is unscarred from flights or Thread. It is a perfect, shiny, bright mix of bluish green, relying more on the shocking blue color with subtle mixes of paler blue and green.

Topeth was the first Cyan to be hatched in Pern. Also the first to Impress. Upon Hatching, she looked at many, going from boy to girl with little decision on the subject. Until she found Meta. Most of the candidates seemed good, but Meta was perfect. Thus, the first Cyan and her Mine walked off the Sands, proud and ready to do somethign in the world.
