Fajra should obviously have some sort of relationship with Arsana, since she rides in her wing. (Try to get to replying to the plot thread soon if you can.)
P'nay is always fun - he's developed quite the set of plot-like connections to other characters while forming his fan club. If you want something romantic and dramatic, he's the guy.
Kimber is a quiet boy, but he's very morally straight. I haven't done much with him yet either.

We could set something up between Arsana and P'nay, if you want then. It's not like he's in enough threads already, no, not at all. XD Just start a thread and mark if for me if you want to do it.
