In The Star Stone (June)

The Star Stone is going to be our version of ______s of the Month or featured characters and members. Each member is allowed one vote in each category and whoever gets the most votes in a category wins for that month. Fully completing the form provided below gets you 25 marks (since there are five categories, you'll get 5 marks subtracted for each one don't fill in but you can fill it in later) and the member or player of the character who wins a category receives 50 marks. Here is information on the categories:

• Member of the Month (MotM) - The actual, real member that you believe deserves to be recognized for whatever reason.
  
• Human of the Month (HotM) - The human character that you just like the most, whether they be rider or crafter, male or female.
  
• Dragon of the Month (DotM) - The dragon character that you like the most for something they've done or how they act or whatever.
  
• Wher of the Month (WotM) - Because the whers need love too, this is the category to vote for your favorite one of them.
  
• Pet of the Month (PotM) - This is partially to promote activity with the site's pets but also to recognize those special IC friends of the characters.

Why?

Because she is really nice and cool. She is like my twin and we seem to get along really well. I never have seen her say one bad thing since I joined this site. ( I promise to vote for Kila next round. >.< )

Why?

Our new Sr. Weyrleader. With the abuse he is getting from his new weyrmate, he still keeps a positive attitude.

DotM: Pink Oorth
Why?

Ever since this little dragon hatched, she has been a bundle of joy! Loving, playful, and just cheery! I think she will be the prefect partner-in-crime for Pratyba.

WotM: Red Siraunesk
Why?

She is a fiesty Red with an attitude to match.

Why?

Because she is a sweet but misunderstood Fire Lizard. Protective little thing, but she just cares about her Mine.

Why? She is a wonderful admin, who is putting on quite a hatching. I wish I could do as good on hatching posts as she does.

Why? Felicia still thinks he is a dreamboat, and wouldn't mind getting trapped alone with him.

Why? She will hopefully have clutched Felicia's dragon.

Why? There may be some whers, but I haven't got to know them.

Why? Again, there may be pets, but I haven't got to know them.

Why?

Well, I think the fact that Jack is one of the newer members and still is the second-highest poster on Dalibor pretty much explains why. ^^ She is so much fun, whether roleplaying or taking over the Cbox with those crazy charries of hers. She's willing to participate in anything, and does just that.

HotM: Riori
Why?

That boy has put up with so much abuse. When Nia posts with him, it's rather neat because I can see him develop and grow. He never fails to entertain me. Adolescent confusion shouldn't be funny, but with Riori, it is. Poor thing!

DotM: Altith
Why?

His enthusiasm for everything is catching. He's endearing, certainly. He's so happy-go-lucky that it's hard not to like him. Besides, he's agreed to watch all the new dragonets, and, for that, he deserves a little recognition!

WotM: Siraunsk
Why?

Though she hasn't been played, I can't exactly vote for myself or last month's winner, can I? ^^

Why?

Oh, boy, what a trip she is! Her overprotectiveness is adorable. I just want to snatch her up and assure her that no one's taking O'ris from her, not even his new dragon. At least she will always be O'ris's only Green. She's easily one of the most, if not the most, extensively roleplayed pet on the site. Wherever Kia is, Lira is sure to follow!

Why?

First off, I just adore Kila as a person. She's nice, keeps up with all of her posts, and is just fun to be around as well! But aside from that, she's accepted a lot of responsibility as of late and has accepted it with grace and not a missed step. Go Kila, Go!

HotM: R'ori
Why?

First off, F'let has officially stamped "Mine" somewhere on him...and F'let's opinion certainly has something to do with my own! But other than that, R'ori is such an adorable character; its impossible not to love this in-denial sweetheart!

DotM: Zyyenikkichikith
Why?

Honestly..I don't know much about this dragon. I don't know much about her player, I don't know much about her rider either. But I don't need to. Zyyenikkichikith is /the/ most awesome dragonet in the world..with that name, you have to be epic!

WotM: I would vote Husk..

To clarify some problems with this and why we won't do this - A CHARACTER AND/OR PLAYER CANNOT WIN A CATEGORY TWICE IN A ROW! It causes problems with me trying to enter data, and it's unfair to other players. Also, due to a lack of votes and clearly set winners, this Star Stone will be moved to June.

Why?

She's my partner in crime! Her ideas are awesome, too, and even though she's a little (read: a lot) laaazzyy about starting posts, when we get a thread going it's amazing. She's just awesome, okay!!

HotM: T'el
Why?

I love that I would hate him soooo much if I ever really met him, but as a character he's fantastic! Also he kidnapped someone. What's not to like?!

DotM: Altith
Why?

He's a really cool dragon, and his philosophy that dragons have to train their riders is pretty great. And true! xD Callistath definitely lives by that philosophy. And as the dragon of the new Weyrling Master he's going to have a lot more responsibility~

Why?

She's an adorable little Green and Kia plays her so well! She's not neglected like some pets tend to be, and you can see her personality really easily in Kia's posts with her!

Why?

What a huge part of the Weyr! Jack was not one of the very first members, but as soon as she joined she carved out her very own place that no one else could possibly fill now. She has origonal and memorable characters and all of her posts, which are among the most, are beautifully done.

Why?

He's a total sleezeball who has sexually harassed almost everyone that has crossed his path.

Why?

It's so cute how this bubbly, over-excited Purple is so eager to teach all of the new hatchlings to train Theirs. As the new dragon Weyrlingmaster he is both enthused and serious about doing his job and service to the Weyr.

Why?

Well, Husk won last month, and our very own Red has yet to be played, and then of course Whisk is just a darling

Why?

She is so paranoid and over-protective of poor, shy O'ris. She cares so much about him that he's not even allowed to think about anything else that is green.

Why? Though I do have incriminating evidence on her (most of you don't realize it, but I have some on most of you without you even realizing it because I'm the admin), she's active, fun, and good member.

HotM: T'el
Why? Kidnapping people, and then raping them, is bad. However, it makes for good, dramatic roleplay, which makes anything involving T'el so much fun! He's the best bad freak around.

DotM: Daidoroth
Why? Though this is almost entirely biased, I love the fact that he's so cheerful to have Kalith talk to him at all. He isn't your typical bronze, but he has those flashes that very much make him a bronze still.

WotM: Whisk
Why? Like much of our very small wher population, she has a pretty snazzy name. Also, she makes a solid, good wher, fitting the mold with her actions, but is still interesting and intriguing with who she is.

PotM: Lira
Why? Poor, poor O'ris. Not only does he have problems with his one true love, Avalle, he's gotta put up with his ball of green overprotective, slightly insane craziness. She does have her heart in the right place.

Why?

She's like my partner in crime, man. XD She's funny, and dedicated, and she cares so much for everyone here. Her characters are neat, and she's just an all around nice person to have.

HotM: Sol
Why?

First of all, have you seen her best friend? XD Sol is a fun character, she doesn't seem as though she's going to change all that much, and she's a steady fun person. I like that F'del can be relaxed around her, and she's a neat character!

DotM: Callistath
Why?

She's our first Gold dragon, and she is such a cutie! She's fun, and serious, and her personality isn't just completly GOLD IS QUEEN kinda thing. I like her as a dragon.

WotM: Whisk
Why?

She's a perfect Green Wher - she's the way a wher should be, but not enough that it gets boring to read her. She's a good character and she's gonna have teh babiez.

PotM: Lira
Why? She is such an amusing little thing to read - she puts entertainment into the threads, and she makes everything so much fun. She may be obnoxious, but she's a good spice to add into the plots.
