Spring has come to Earth and is coming soon to Dalibor, and in celebration, it's time for the Easter egg hunt!
At midnight eastern tonight, the site will enter a one-hour-long maintenance mode so that staff can hide shiny eggs all over the boards. There will be thirty eggs containing a wide variety of awesome prizes, and it's your job to track them all down! The eggs are images which link to a description of the prize.
Here are the guidelines:
1. In order to claim a prize, you must PM the number, contents, and location of an egg to the admin account. PMs sent to personal staff accounts will not count. You do not need to link to the location (although you may), but please make sure you are sufficiently descriptive; use the title of the thread, not just a brief description of it. Eggs 1-25 may be claimed by two separate people; eggs 26-30, by only one. A list will be kept below detailing the valid claims.
2. You are limited to one claimed prize per hour, and five per day. The exception to this is the first hour of the hunt; the dedicated may turn in up to all five of their daily claims within this hour if they are able to find eggs they want in that timeframe. This is to ensure that people who are not able to be online at the very beginning of the hunt still have an opportunity to participate. You may pass over eggs in order to try to find bigger prizes, but keep in mind that they may not still be available when you come back to them!
3. There is a grand prize this year which will go to the first person to turn in a complete list of all thirty eggs, their contents, and their locations. This prize is a secret, but it is well worth playing for! Because of this, please do not share information about the eggs, even once an egg is fully claimed. Everyone is on their own. If we learn that information was shared, we may invalidate some or all of the offending parties' claims at our discretion. You may turn in your list for the grand prize at any time; it does not count toward your daily or hourly prizes.
4. After the hunt ends, you may trade or gift prizes in this thread. This thread is also where we will collect pet information, so there is no need to post about pet prizes in the Main Stall.
5. The Easter Egg Hunt of 2013 begins at 1 AM Eastern on Saturday, March 23rd. It will continue until all prizes are claimed. At our discretion, we may allow teams to form or offer hints if it continues for more than a few days.
